Prom 2013: (Las Vegas Prom and Senior Photographer)

Arian and her prom date were absolutely stunning the night of Prom.  I loved the sparkle on her dress (even if the glitter did go everywhere and on everybody).  By the end of the shoot I felt like that line from the "Waking Up in Vegas" song by Katy Perry... "shake the glitter off your clothes now..."  Being a Vegas girl myself I loved it : )

The sun was in the perfect spot when we went down by the water at Lake Las Vegas.  The warmness of the light that was cast was breath taking.

Taking pictures prior to the dance on Prom Day is such a great plan because you get so much more than what's offered at the dance.  Plus you can then enjoy the dance instead of standing in line the whole time!  I hope that after the photo shoot they danced the night away and enjoyed the beautiful lights of the Las Vegas Strip.

Larrea: (Las Vegas Senior Photographer)

This gorgeous girl is Larrea class of 2013!   When I met her at the shoot she told me she wanted a "soft" look to her images.  Of course Lake Las Vegas is a perfect spot for that type of style.  Her face was stunning and makeup flawless so I couldn't help but get close ups and stunning head shots.  Congrats on Graduation girl!

Mazzeo-Miles Wedding: (Las Vegas Wedding Photographer)

This was a true Las Vegas Wedding for sure!  The couple flew in town basically for 24hrs to get hitched.  They stayed at the gorgeous Mandarin Oriental Hotel at City Center on the strip.  The Bride decided to surprise her future husband with a personal pickup by Elvis himself and to exchange vows at the Famous Las Vegas Sign.  I had a blast shooting up and down the strip while they rode in the amazing pink Cadillac.  We were having so much fun it didn't even seem cold!  Elvis is impersonated by Jesse Garon www.vegaselvis.com.

"Best Face of 2012" Photo Challenge

Photo Challenge Submission

This photo was submitted to the I Heart Faces photo challenge – www.iheartfaces.com

So I am entering this photo into the iheartfaces photo challenge.  The reason I choose this unconventional image is because even though it is somewhat creepy, I just love it.  Every year this family has custom costumes made for their family portraits.  They also get VERY into character.  I love this vampire shot of Ethan and had so much fun up on the mountain.  The best part was the guys stood on the side of the road and stared down the cars as they past by.  Some of the most fun I have had on a photo shoot!
