Ashley & Mark Paint War Engagement Session {Las Vegas Wedding and Engagement Photographer - Art District)

I have been dying to do an "out of the box" engagement session.  So I was thrilled when Ashley said they just wanted to do something fun and carefree with a paint war!  We used the same powder paint that they use in the "Color 5K Runs" that are all over the country.  I loved it because instead of wet paint, we got clouds of color every time they threw it at each other.  The poor bride-to-be got nailed in the face with a bunch of red at the beginning of the war and she looked like she was spitting blood.  It was so funny yet so disgusting at the same time.  Don't worry though, she got even ;)

We did the "before" images in the art district in downtown Las Vegas.  Every time I go down there the buildings are completely repainted so I never know what the walls will be like.  But that 's partly why I love them :)

Make sure to check back in this November for images from Ashley & Mark's Wedding at the Grove.  Until then though... enjoy :)
